Mike has been practicing Real Estate since 1995 and Property Management since 1981. He specializes in sales and leasing of commercial, industrial, and retail properties, as well large residential subdivisions. Mike's accounting experience and 22+ years of Retail Management experience are significant assets to Adams-Nelson & Associates, Inc. Mike is a member of the Blue Ridge Association of Realtors. He is also a Partner and Co-developer of The Trex Center in Winchester, and a Partner and Co-developer of Berkley Gateway in Martinsburg, WV. Mike is currently a Partner in the development of “North River Square” shopping center in Front Royal, VA.

-- Represented the Town of Front Royal, Warren County and The Economic Development Authority in the purchase of municipal sites.

-- Sale of 300 housing lots to DR Horton at Blue Ridge Shadows Golf Course for $6 million.

-- Sale of Jackson's Chase golf course to American States University.

-- Sale of 288 multi-family housing lots to DR Horton in Martinsburg, WV for $8.6 million.

-- Sale of Shenandoah Valley Moving and Storage for $4 million.

-- Sale of former Borden Lumber Company on two acres for $1.3 million.

-- Sale of Strasburg Self-Storage for $1.5 million.
